Butler Service added to Rene Ruiz Coral Gables boutique

Good service shouldn't end when the cash register closes. You don't have to tell that to custom clothing designer Rene Ruiz. He just hired a butler to serve in his boutique. It's only fitting that Michelle Fizer's dressing the part of an attention starved customer.

For rich and famous clientele like Paris Hilton, Star Jones and Shaquille O'neal's wife Shaunie to name a few.

Rene Ruiz, designer to the stars, “it's high end but I think it just goes with the whole experience. Having something made at Rene Ruiz, It's not only the quality and the fabrics and the styles. It's actually the service and the treatment you get here when you come.”

Hence Rene's latest additon of a butler to his elegant new Coral Gables boutique location.

“Would you like coffee champagne orange juice, diet coke, water?”

Ruiz, “the butler actually makes things easier for all of us. We want to be creative. We want to take care of our clients. The butler just makes sure that when you arrive at the store you have your favorite drink. If you need to have lunch, arrange for it to be in the store. Just to make the whole experience more pleasant.”

What is the difference in the quality of service that you get here at Rene Ruiz? Jenna Downie, satisfied customer, says “Everything. You truly get the experience that you pay for and what you expect from having custom clothing.”

Ruiz says, “He (the butler) drives the clients to the next appointment or to their homes. For example we had a client who came straight from the airport to her fitting. Her taxi dropped her off here and he took her home.”
