Break it to me gently Chef Clay Conley sure knows the way to deco's heart at azul, at The Mandarin Oriental Miami, double c, gave double d.

A sneak peak of his delish dish for the chef's with a purpose. Haiti fundraiser i've never met a pork belly, plaintain with pickley dish i didn't like!!!.

Also helping haiti pacific time in the Design District Chef Jonathan Eismann is getting in on the good deed by doing one of his signature dishes.

Jon: "We are going to be doing one of our signature dishes here from pacific time, which is our thai style popcorn shrimp, which everybody loves with some great key west shrimp."

Hi little shrimpy. Get in my belly and the host with the most Chef Alex Feher from the Intercontinental Miami Downtown where the event will take place this chef is cutting his ceviche two ways.

Shireen: "I love ceviche, tell me a little bit about what you are going to be making?"

Alex: "Im using Hawaiin deep sea grouper, one way is mango, papaya and fresh mint, and the second way is with cucumber, avocados and cilantro."

One sweet, one salty. Kind of like louis & lynn.

"We have champagne, we're going to have some pastry chefs coming by... so we have desserts so everything is going to be great.. " shireen "ahhh twist my arm, twist my arm... ok, ok, i'll go!" 15:03))
