Popsy Cake
Two is better than one, especially when it comes to desserts and men, i mean many desserts, yeah and we're sorry to say you won't stick to your diet, after you see tonight's deco bites.
There's pop music and pop art now you can add Popsy Cake to the list.
JESSICA CERVANTES: "A popsy cake is the worlds first cupcake on an edible stick."
Sweet.
JESSICA CERVANTES: "You just don't get a regular cupcake you get to hold it like a lollipop and walk around w/ it and show it off and at the same time you are eating something that's delicious and out of this world."
I've heard of sticking it to the man and sticking with it, but how about a stick you can eat?
JESSICA CERVANTES: "We have done the hazelnut filled cookie sticks we've done candy sticks and now we are using the pretzel sticks."
Popsy Cakes started as a high school project, needless to say the business took off. I hope Jessica got an A in that class.
JESSICA CERVANTES: "I had to have a competitive edge for my product. so i said if you could hold it like a popsicle or a lollipop it would be fun and it would be a more convenient way to eat a cupcake."
Marie Antoinette said it best, let them eat cake.
DIANA PEREZ: "The frosting is really good and then the cake is really soft and when you bite it you can taste the vanilla and the sweet it was really awesome
You choose the cake, the stick and the decorations.
JESSICA CERVANTES: "When i first began the business i only had 3 flavors, vanilla, red velvet and chocolate but now i have an amazing cake decorator working w/ me and she can make any delicious flavors that the customer asks for."
The how to's are patent pending, but we can give you a little nibble.
JESSICA CERVANTES: "Its a chocolate coating, they can use fondant we can use other types of coverings but mainly its the chocolate, white chocolate, dark chocolate or milk which doesn't leave any sticky or messy fingers at the end."
Whether or not its a snack or a party favor, popsy cakes will be the talk of the town.
DIANA PEREZ: "For little kids its an awesome treat they dont even get their hands dirty and for adults i would totally buy it for a party.
JESSICA CERVANTES: "IT is custom so do get alot of orders for diffent types of baby showers they want different painted things on the cupcakes :29 for wedings do alot of intrecate designs."
Popsy cakes' possiblities are perfectly, endless.
