It could be the TV remote or the last slice of pizza brothers can fight over anything, but it can get especially nasty if they're fighting over a woman. Natalie Portman is that woman in the new drama "Brothers" and oh brother, is it heavy.
When it comes to family loyalty "Brothers" sam and Tommy Cahill have always had each other's backs.
JAKE GYLLENHAAL: "Their mother died when they were very young, so i think they inevitaby are close, they relied on each other so I think they're just indebted to each other, as a result there is great love between the two of them."
So, when sam AKA Tobey Maguire goes to war and his helicopter gets shot down jake's character tom steps in to take care of sam's family.
TOBEY MAGUIRE: "it's amazing to me, the sacrifice , and with, with the attitude that they had, too there is no complaining about it, it's like, this is the choice i made.
That choice, leads to a love affair between tom and sam's wife Grace, Natalie Portman seems she can't handle the pressure of losing her husband or she could just be a playa either way.
The "you know what" hits the fan -- when sam returns. Now, Natalie got to swap spit with both hotties. Lucky girl. So whose lips taste sweeter?
Well we wouldn't want that. Moving on. While "Brothers" deals with war conflict and some scary personal choices Natalie hopes you take away your own message from the film.
Natalie Portman: "You come to the movie with your own emotions, it tells you a story, you interact with it, and you leave with something very personal."
