I've had somehting in the oven for nine months, but we're not that kind of show so i'm not going to show you how that was made. I do have a story of a pizzeria whose pies take just minutes to make when they say they deliver hot and fresh, they aren't kidding.
The taste of italy has immigrated to the mi mo district.
Bernardo Lessa-Bastos: "Luna Corner Pizza its an Italian pizzeria strait from Italy. No we havent come through NY, LA or Chicago it true Italian pizzeria.
The food at Luna is hot, fresh and good. Best of all there's no waiting.
Bernardo Lessa-Bastos: "Its the marriage of our dough with our preparatory oven by joining these two were able to cook pizza very very fast.
How fast? Well, it'll take you longer to decide what you want on your pie, than it will take for this fancy oven to cook it.
Bernardo Lessa-Bastos: "We stick the pizza in and about its less than five minutes right now."
Yup-in less than five minutes you can have 20 inches of yummy goodness.
Don't worry we did let's just say it took me longer to pick out my shoes this morning.
Bernardo Lessa-Bastos: "Were known for being fast casual gourmet. Your going to come here your going to taste one of the best pizzas you've ever had in your life and you can be out of here in no time."
LELANI ANTAR: "Its a thin crust and its tasted like better than an average pizza"
It doesn't matter if it's margarita, hawaiian, four cheese or one of their specials everything is ready in minutes. Best off all it's straight from Italy...
LOREYNE ALICEA: "I think fresh, i think fast your in and out in 5 min. everything is done while your there so its not left over pizza that your eating. the food is just amazing."
Don't let the size of this really cool kiosk fool you and, at Luna size matters.
Bernardo Lessa-Bastos: "A full pie which is a 20 inch pie and you get 8 big slices 1/2 a pie or by the slice."
And the Italian goodness doesn't stop with dinner. Mama mia this stuff is good.
Bernardo Lessa-Bastos: "Thee tiramisu, the profiteroles, our true Italian apple pie. its something to try its to die for."
This family business has gone world wide and our corner of the world gets to bite right into it.
Bernardo Lessa-Bastos: "Come once and youll keep on coming."
