Ryan is the Boss

From Idol to his radio show to the emmys, Ryan is the host with the most jobs that is, but as Deco's Ellie Rodriguez learned, even his most famous diva celebrity employees say he's the best boss in the world

These days, it seems like no matter where you look, Ryan Seacrest is taking over the airwaves. 

Let's recap shall we: There was the Emmy's back in 2007. The Times Square New years Eve broadcasts. Hosting his own daily radio show. Rubbing elbows with celebs on every red carpet ever rolled out, and oh yeah, hosting that other little show.

And lately Ryan's working his magic behind the scenes, serving as executive producer on Denise Richards' reality show "It's Complicated" and "Keeping up with the Kardashians." 

DENISE RICHARDS: "I'm so impressed with Ryan he works really hard. I personally think he's the hardest working person in this business."

Are you just sucking up to the boss, Denise? 

DENISE RICHARDS: "He's very cute so he's got that going as well."

OK, now we know you're sucking up, but the truth is more and more celebs are calling Ryan "boss" these days. Rumor has it he's now working with Lilo on her own reality show. 

This guy loves getting his hands all over beautiful women, in a professional way of course.

KIM KARDASHIAN: "We've all become really good friends. He's really hands on and he's just a really good boss." 

DENISE RICHARDS: "He's very hands on with my show, which I'm thrilled about."

We're sure he's thrilled too, I mean hanging with Denise and Kim doesn't make for a bad day at the office. 

DENISE RICHARDS: "He takes his time, he watches all the cuts, he makes his notes. We have meetings about it, so I'm very thrilled with him as a producer.  As a person, he could not be nicer, and he's the most professional person I've ever met. 

The most professional and possibly the best groomed man on TV aside from someone else we know. 

He's had highlights and lowlights and isn't afraid to share his own personal style. He even squeezes in some quality face time with his gal pals. 

KIM KARDASHIAN: "He text me last night from the dermatologist office while he was getting a facial, and he said the dermatologist was like 'Hey, how can you get Kim in here?' So he made me an appointment last night." 

That reminds me, i need to confirm my boss' pedicure.
