Bonsai is so much more than a little tree. It's also the hottest thai and sushi restaurant in West Miami.

AMY: "We wanted to bring the feel of South Beach style, young, hip, modern and contemporary to the West Miami area, and also with the family oriented feel also."

And what really keeps people coming back for more is Bonsai's delicious dishes.

AMY: "We use extremely fresh ingredients and made by order.  We want to make sure every dishes comes out perfect." 

So it wasn't long before Deco found a place on the menu. 

JAY: "We have fresh tuna, jalapeno, fresh scallion and we're gonna mix it up with a spicy kimchee sauce."

Hot and spicy, that's the way we roll.

Now for the moment of truth. How do we taste? Wash it down with a little saki bomb and finish off the night with some table top dancing geisha style.
