Christina Galioto's job requires a lot of preparation we're talking hair, makeup the works.
CHRISTINA GALIOTO: "You want your nails done nicely because people will look at him the whole feet thing you want that to be good."
While laying down on the job is discouraged at most jobs here it's a requirement.
Christina is a body sushi model she lays down people chow down. She and sushi Chef Steve Gagnon create a unique dining experience -- for people not content to eat at a boring old table.
STEVE GAGNON: "It's bascially living art anybody can appreciate living art if it's tastefully done."

CHRISTINA GALIOTO: "No one realizes what it's like to sit still even when you sleep you're never this still it's an unnatural thing to do."
At first glance, body sushi might seem like a kinky way to spice up dinner, but the practice has a rich history in Japan.
CHRISTINA GALIOTO: "Yateemore is what the body sushi art is called in japan it's been around for centuries completely nude."
While diners enjoy their meal, christina keeps her composure -- but it's not always easy.
CHRISTINA GALIOTO: "I just heard this guy he saw the plate of wasabi and he's like -- watch out for the guacamole it's hot i'm like .. he did not just say that."

CHRISTINA GALIOTO: "Like any day my mind wanders i wish my boyfriend was here.. nice lamp i hope my feet are clean.."
